One very interesting thing about this web-site. Anyone can sign on, go in and say anything they want about any apartment community they want. The review doesn't have to be accurate, true or honest. You can write anything you want, say anything you want and slander anyone you want.
Apartmentratings.com covers themsleves with a disclaimer.
Here is the interesting part. Just above if you click on the "I'm the manager" entry, it will give you, as the manager the right to say what you want to say about the truth at your community. Of course, there will be a $280 charge for managers to express their reviews.
Very interesting indeed.
