When is the office open'

It has been extremely frustrating trying to figure out when the office is open. The hours that are posted are rarely used. I am sick of waiting and waiting for the office to open in the morning. Today was the lat straw. Even the mailman didn't know that they were going to be closed until Monday. He said that he would have tons of packages on Christmas Eve to deliver and didn'tknow what he was going to do to get them to the residents. We get to the office just to see a sign. What about notifiying the tenants ahead of time so that they can plan ahead'
