Parking is nightmare. Rarely park anywhere near your building. Be prepared to walk long distance no matter time of night or weather. Several cars broken into recently in poorly lit parking area. Managment took no action to protect tenants from repeat. Ducks roam freely and leave manure all in breezeways in front of your front door, on walkways, and on patios and around all public areas. Pool and hot tub always have greasy, black skum on the tiles around the top and often have much floating trash. Inexpensive cosmetic things are done to help rent apartments, but no real effort is made by staff toward improvements probably due to funds not being provided. Noise is constant problem: other tenants (bouncing balls off floors and walls, children running/stomping/skating thru apartments,up stairways), lots of dogs barking excessively all hours, cars driving through parking lots with extremely loud stero systems thundering at all hours. Children are mostly unsupervised and uncontrolled: skateboard, ride bikes, and skate wildly through the breezeway entrances to the apartments (Tenants must dodge as they exit and enter apartments.); put pets in pools, block entrance breezeways by stacking bikes in piles across them. Many dogs in complex with very irresponsible owners. Woods around complex, but dogs relieve themselves in breezeways, on side walks, and heavily in most of the public areas. Owners do not and are not required to clean up behind the dogs nor does the complex. Often the walk from your car to your front door smells strongly of dog manure. Both toilets in my apartment run water on a regular basis. This means when you shower water temperature does nothing but fluctuate as toilets spontaneously turn on and off. If you have wild children and pets, you will love this place. If you like a quiet, comfortable,clean place to live; forget it.
