When I first was considering relocating to the Columbia area I was told so many things about where to live and where not live and so forth. I was told the traffic in this area was highly undesirable and that I should look elsewhere. Upon viewing the apartment I found that it suited my needs and from the moment I walked into the office the staff was so helpful and courteous I could not help but consider myself sold. Due to the fact that I just happened to run across them in my travels when I returned home I thought I would look online and see what type of rating they had and oh my goodness was I shocked to read some of the things that I saw. I was highly disappointed and thought that I had made a major mistake . Upon further research I saw that some of comments seemed one sided and did not appear to be true based on what I had seen on my visit so I thought to give it a try. I must say they have yet to disappoint. Based on my experience the entire staff has been excellent. I could hardly believe that the office is open seven days a week. One of the things that impressed me the most was the day I was scheduled to move in the office manager was not even aware that I was scheduled to move in that day due to the fact that I had to change my date and all she did was look in the file and everything was set up. To me that tells me that not only are they accomodating they are highly professional as well. I am not the type of person who is compelled to take the time to sit and write this type of thing but when I saw how unfair this company has been portrayed I felt it was my duty to not only get my experience out here but to encourge other people who might be new to the area just as I was. I could go on and on but honestly you have to try it for yourself and see that Columbiana Lakes this is truly a nice,quiet,and comfortable place to live.
