I've been a resident at Columbiana Lakes since may of 2006, and plan on upgrading to a 2 bedroom tomorrow. I'm shocked that others have rated this complex below perfect. The staff is friendly, and knows you by first name. Maintenance even fixed my AC within hours and stayed until 8pm making sure that everything worked properly. In addition to the complex itself, the biking/walking trails that run you through the Irmo/Harbison area (without having to deal with auto traffic in most cases) are located in our backyard. Truly a perfect, quiet place to live within minutes of the mall and 80 restaurants.
