I am a student at USC and am tired of the traffic so I'm unfortunately looking for a place closer to downtown. The location of this place is great. Short drive to the mall, grocery store, and tons of restaurants. The pool is cleaned frequently and I have never had any problems with the hot tub. The workout room is a little lame. There's really not much in there. The staff is very nice.The grounds are always neatly kept. Hours are spent with landscaping. I also love how police frequntly patrol the parking lot. We have never had any security problems, but it's comforting to know that the police come through often to make sure everything is fine. My neighbors are all quiet. Never had any complaints there. We only had one problem in our entire year here. Our refrigerator kept getting warm. What was happening was ice from the freezer was blocking cold air from getting to the refrigerator I guess. We had maintenance come fix it the first few times it happened, usually every month or so. It only takes a minute to fix so we just started fixing it ourselves. Overall this is a great place to live. I would recommend it any day!
