I agree with all of the above reviews!!! The community is terrible!! During the day it is ok, but as soon as the evening rolls around it is a different place. There are gangs, drugs, shooting,fighting, etc. The apts are shabby and you are promised numerous things that you will never get!! The manager does not seem to care one way or the other and when you complain, it is as if nothing was ever said!!

You are right on point with this **hood**..When living their i found management to be lacking in skills other than what was expected out of the tentants.And for goodness sake please tell me what do they be looking for with all those inspections?? They would send out those coded notices which in part are just lies,I left having a fire ex.that hadnt been inspected since 2006 had not the fact i moved out of state i would have called the health inspector shameful. It goes to show how folks really care for nothing other than a paycheck no matter how underpaid they are shameful. If they were truly inspecting the apts they would had noticed all the mold on the windows in the unit i had.I pray for the nice decent folks i met while their but my advice is to stop dealing with manangement and contact the company,keep notices,take pictures lots of pictures write down your repair request make copy if able because while i was their you could give a request for repair and somehow after calling a day or so later to be told *oh* nobody came to your unit** i wrote it down** let me go check again*..I heard that lie so much i gave up asking them for anything.

Go on, complain to the company that owns it. Its a tax write off for them. They could care less if the government flew F-16s over it and bombed the place. Their focus is on their real properties where people pay real money to live there. You don't think they know what kind of cracked out ---- is goin on at "Tha Ridge". They are well aware and could care less. Bottom Line: If you live in government assisted housing, don't expect premium service and ammenities. You'll just be dissapointed every time.

Has anything changed since the postings of February 09? Thanks for posting your information. Who owns the property? What do you mean gov't assisted housing? Is it safe for children in elementary school? What elementary school serves the area? Can children play and ride bikes there safely?
