Eh....for what it used to be worth....

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
When I moved into Cornell Arms I paid 315 per month (with roommate) and that included everything except for phone and internet. That's cool. However I lived through two rent increases and now the pressure of signing a lease that is longer than one month. The building itself has a lot to be desired and the elevators play their own hide and seek games. It is probably the most convenient apartment downtown, but sadly that's about all there is to it, convenience. The janitors aka maintenance men are AWESOME but they don't often get work orders until two weeks after a service is requested.
A semester' Maybe 9 months' sure great place to live. Over two and a half years' no way!
