The pros:
Close to school and its downtown.
Wireless, roadrunner and all utilities included.

The cons:
Well we are going on a week with no hot water and with no decrease in rent.
Two days with no water.
Two days with no elevators.
Five floors just got flooded because of a leak that they never took care of.
(The above all happen in the same week.)
They can go into your apartment anytime they want to.
Very limited parking.
This is a very old building and the owner does not want to pay for the upkeep.
I say that within 2 years all of the old pipes will be rusted out and most if not all of the apartments will be flooded.

Also instead of fixing the problem they just put a band aid over it until it comes a major problem.

All I got to say is I am out of here. I will not give a month notice and I will just lose my deposit money.

In fact, they should advertise that living in Cornell Arms automatically assures that you'll get your cardio workout in for the day (taking the stairs over, and over, and over again).
