Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
A day after posting my review about Cornell Arms (the one by uscgamecockfan2007), the apartment's management had maintenance replace the A/C unit in the living room, the circuit in the back bedroom, and the hole in the kitchen wall. All repairs were made that were needed to be immediately done. Maintenance did a good job of making all repairs.
