Cornell Arms Apartment is a wonderful place to reside at. The location is perfect for college students and it is a very short walk across the street to the State Capital, walking distance to the Vista and surrounding bars. The staff at Cornell arms are wonderful. The staff listens to their residents needs and wants, and always open for suggestions. I could not think of any other reasons not to reside at Cornell Arms.
