I can't be more pleased with Cornell Arms apartments. I have read some of the reviews listed and find it comical really. Obviously, there have been some plumbing issues. Let's be realistic...whether you rent an apartment, rent a priviate homme OR own a home you will have issues. Welcome to renting...as with everything else, its not perfect either.
