Cricket Hill Apartments is not a good place to live, not even for a month. I was a resident there. I lived on the first floor. The staff is a big wait of time, the manager picks up for the maintenance man, I know there is something going on with those two characters. The apartments hot water never stays hot. The hot water bottle is very small, they do apartment inspection every three (3) months which is outrageous.And by the way, for a large complex, it only has one (1) maintenance worker, and when you need something repair, it takes weeks for it to get done. What a shame. Oh, and another interesting thing, maintenance goes out to the residences' apartment unannounced. They also have video connections to resident apartments.

1. I still live here, and the water is always hot....maybe you didnt pay your bill?? 2. Quarterly inspections are required by SC law. 3. Maybe it took longer because it was probably a low priority repair or concern....maybe we should all jump when you need something. 4. Have you ever seen the maintenance worker in anyone's apartment unannounced? or how do you know he is there unannounced...sry forgot you know what everyone is doing! 5. video connections???? isn't that the cable connection?? a bit paranoid arent ya??
