Please rip this page out of the apartment finder...it is horrible to live here. I lived with my wife (was a girlfriend) for 2-3 months and here is what happened.
1) Gangs live there. You can always see them walking the roads...DURING THE DAYTIME. One of our neighbors even got held up at 4....PM!
2) Our good neighbor got carjacked in front of our apartment at 2am. He came running to our door screaming for help because he got shot with a sawed-off shotgun while they were trying to stick him in the trunk. He promptly moved out when discharged from the hospital.
3) Our apartment was on the first floor and always flooded! After many calls to the management and the owners, they would reluctantly send cleaners to clean the carpet! Oh course, this doesn't help when IT RAINS AGAIN! I even have it on Video tape! They constantly said that it will be fixed...however, I didn't see a fix in the 3 months I was there.
Overall this place is a dump. DO NOT live here. After all that I have stated about the crime, the management did not go around warning residents about gangs, rapes, carjackings, and kidnappings. If you like the prison environment, then live here.
