I lived in these apartments for 6 months, from April 2003 to October 2003. That was enough for me... The black to white ratio here is rediculous. I was the only white person living in my building, much less a white girl. I was scared to death everynight. One night at about 3 AM my neighbor was moving her furniture out into the hallway/breezway (whatever it is) and ramming furniture into my front door. The lenolium in the bathroom and the kitchen was pulling up in the corners. The kitchen was only big enough for one person to fit in. I lived on the top floor and I could hear rats and mice in the "attic". Last but not least on the complaints list I actually had to sleep with a can of bug spray beside my bed. The management here was really nice, they were friendly, and most of the time they were there when you needed them. Overall I wouldn't reccomend this appartment complex to anyone. I moved here because I was fresh out of a bad roommate situation and it was the only thing I could afford.
