The staff is very friendly and maintainance problems are taken care of quickly. The reason I am moving is because of the crime. The mailboxes are constantly being broken into. Naturally, cars and apartments are also broken into. The streets have way too many 'blind spots'. Loud music and unsupervised children are also major issues.
