For the price, I guess it is decent. It is one of the cheapest complexes in St. Andrews, and it shows it. I do not feel safe or comfortable here, and ideally I'd be living elsewhere. Some thoughts:
1. There are a lot of people here who have no respect for any other tenants and are loud at all hours of the day and night. Some of them are downright scary-- it's not the kind of place where you can ask your neighbor to turn down their stereo.
2. Speaking of scary, it is not particularly safe. I see cops here all the time. Sometimes there are gangster-types walking around who seem like they are up to no good.
3. The office is frequently closed even when they promise they will be open. Sometimes it seems like they are only open two hours a day, Monday-Thursday. They almost never answer their phone, even when they are there.
4. The laundry rooms are disgusting and are always left not only unlocked but with doors wide open, which is of course a safety issue as well as a sanitary issue. I imagine there are hordes of roaches in there, and I try to avoid doing my laundry there.
5. They did change their water policy, like another reviewer noted, and it is unclear what this policy is now, aside from unfair and inconsistent.
6. However, the maintenance crew is great and I have never seen a crew that cares so much about doing their jobs well and keeping residents happy.
7. Would I move here again knowing all this' Absolutely not. My time and money is worth better than this, even if I have to pay more money for rent. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

No offense but I've lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. True there are some improvements to be made but the only issue that I've had is the past is pest. Never really had a problem with anyone in the office and if you see the cops here all the time then maybe that's because they are trying to increase the safety issues. Never had any problems with noise like that and if I did I'd call the police or just knock on the door and asked them to quiet down. I'm a female and I live alone but I guarantee you that I'm not fearful or intimidated by anyone here. Define ganstar and how do you know if someone is up to no good unless your watching there every move. Seems like just another stereotype to me. No it's not the greatest place in the world but if you're having issues I would suggest that you stand up for them even in the office. If you're a resident then you have rights. What about the Waterford on long creek drive look at ther environment. Guess what someone was killed in the own doorway there a few months ago. I f wasn't in college trying to save money then I probably wouldn't be here either. I've used the laundry facilities (no problems). Would rather have my own to stay away from the quarters. Every community has there own issues
