The management/customer service was poor and that is being generous. The price is low, but you do not get your money??s worth. Service is bad, the walls are paper thin and management never followed through with promises.

Worst yet, I was warned by two separate neighbors that management refused to refund the security deposits. They were right; they took 90% of my security deposit and still have not justified it. My overall experience with Crossroads was absolutely horrible.

Also, a high crime element with too many dogs. Management did not require owners to clean behind pets.
