this place had horrible management. the property manager treated us aweful nothing ever got fixed the first night i stayed there i found 2 spiders in my bed and a beetle in the bathroom. i was there one week and got an eviction notice on my door. i dealt with it and 3 months later got another one. the property manager refused to tell me why she did it. so gladly we left i was ready to be out of there. over one year later i receive a notice from collections saying we owed $1500 for breaking our lease...we never did they kicked us out without reason and never charged us never told us they were going to they just sent it straight to collections and ruined my credit and rental history. i cannot be on the lease where im living now because of this...need to move soon but don't know if i can because Crossroads ruined my life...

you know me and my husband rented out 2 places sense then and they didnt even count crossroads as rental history because they knew they were horrible and shady so i would recommend staying somewhere in west columbia a lot of decent people from crossroads live there now they know how bad it is!
