This place is the very worst of ANY place in town. Avoid it at all costs if you value your safety. Completely awful, horrible and DANGEROUS.

I lived there for 4 years, and we had two break-ins, two vehicles severly damaged by malicious vandals, one doped-up crazy drunk literally WAILING on our door and trying to get in using a huge set of keys he had at 3:00 in the morning, lots of drug deals and drug dealers, cops are nowhere to be found even though they actually have several cops living there at the time, and on and on the list goes.

The management personnel actually SUCK SO BAD at their jobs, they are that pathetic. Completely apathtic to your personal needs, repairs take forever (sometimes weeks or months!) for stuff like leaky water heater, no air conditioning in the 100 degree summertime, they allowed punk kid and young adult vandals to literally destroy the entire tennis court, take over the pool (one black couple was actually having sex in the pool while my daughter and I were swimming, previous to their arrival. Of course we left right away!), P.O. boxes constantly getting broken in to (with mail being stolen, of course!), and on and on the list goes.

Let's not forget the murder and rapes (PLURAL!) that took place there in the early 2000-2003 time frame, and you would think they would have made some security changes to create a safer environment, BUT NO! It has only gotten worse. I spoke to a co-worker who just moved from there this summer (August 2007) and she said it has gotten even worse than it was when I lived there.

RUN, don't walk the other way, as fast as you can. This place is a veritable DEATHTRAP waiting for your blood. Don't let them get YOU!!!

I was fortunate enough to sense the problems before signing a lease. The bad customer service and loitering individuals are a definite no-no... not to mention an eyesore to boot!!

I lived there also and we moved out in january of 07 but we stayed only for 10 months.I agree it is bad.We bought a car and the next morning we woke up to the car door half way open!Luckily nothing had been stolen.It is not safe there at all.

So if the apartment and complex was sooooooooo bad, why did you stay there 4 years. Wouldn't that require you to sign a lease at the minimum of 3 times. Didn you get kicked out?

the guy above me must be a drug dealer and find it comfy there there is no way in gotarotten hell anyone could argue about this place its freaking horrible
