I have lived here for 6 months-and have no problems. These are older apartments so keep that in mind. The price and location are fine. I have only had one maintenance issue which was fixed in 24 hrs. No bugs in my place! My neighbors are quiet! Great value for the price- and the appliances are newer and work well!
