I LOVE my apt. It is a fanastic place. The location is wonderful. As is the staff. I feel very safe here, which is extreamly important to me since my husband is a drill sgt and is never home.
The very few times I have called to have some sort of matinence done (and very minor things) it was taken care of usually the same day.
I LOVE the layout. It makes it seem like i am not in the "typical" looking apt. Anyone who has stopped by my place has loved it too.
If I must say something bad, it would be that sometimes real late at night or real early in the morning (usually when the soldiers are coming home or leaving to work) there are sometimes cars playing EXTREAMLY loud music. Or loud motorcycles. And it seems like that is never addressed. (maybe put it in your next newsletter)
I do have people tell me that they think I pay too much for rent, but I also think you pay for what you get. If I wanted cheaper rent, I could go live somewhere not as nice or as safe. I think the rent is well worth it.
