My overall experience has been good. While the rent continues to go up year to year it doesn't justify the poor quality of the apartments. For the amount of money I pay I expected better construction: not enough noise insulation between apts, trim work is crooked, kitchen cabinets have stick on white fronts that peel terribly, paint on walls shows every roller or brusk stroke, paint on walls is very patchy, always paint on carpet, switch plates, lots of spiders and snakes, boats at lake area are not kept cleaned or maintenanced, most do not work, stairwells are always dusty/dirty/spider webs, gate to community always seeems to be broken, staff in office okay except for KW who thinks she should be the manager. Lots of community activities for residents.
