Who are these anonymous people, and where do they live, because they can't possibly have live in the same apartment community where I'm living! Sure, crime is all around us everyday because we live in the United States and because South Carolina has the second highest crime rate in the nation. My advice is to use some common sense don t leave your windows open and your valuables in plain sight.

I moved from one fabulous apartment experience in New Jersey to Crowne Lake, and in some instance Crowne Lake is better! I've been in the Crowne Lake Apartment Community for one year and I m getting ready to renew my lease for another 13 months. Yes, I have seen lots of spiders. Keep in mind this is the south, it is warmer here and we live on a lake so you can expect to see more bugs. The management staff does an excellent job scheduling exterminator visits and I keep my own bottle of Ortho Home Defense to spray between visits.

The bedrooms are adequate and the closet space is great. The appliances are in great condition and the maintenance team is very responsive. I would highly recommend this apartment.
