Well, When I first moved to Crowne Lake, I was so excited. Just Nice! But I've lived here for almost a year and I HATE it now! If you get an apartment on the ground, you will regret it, if you get one on the 2nd floor you will regret it. All of my friends live out here too. If you have a problem with your neighbors, the staff don't do anything, but they say they will. YES, there are spiders, that person wasn't being dishonest. It's overpriced REALLY!!! But I do like the location, but I'm not proud to say I live here anymore. You can only take so much. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBORS DO, NOISE,SCREAMING...I HEAR THIS EVEN AT MY FRIENDS APARTMENT...I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY BUILT THIS COMPLEX, BUT ITS TERRIBLE. WHEN YOU'RE PAYING THIS MUCH MONEY TO STAY SOMEWHERE, YOU WANT TO BE COMFORTABLE, AND IT JUST PISSES ME OFF TO KNOW I'M PAYING THIS MONEY AND I HAVE TO DEAL WITH ALL THIS ----. AND THIS IS THE TRUTH...IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, YOU'LL FIND OUT WHEN YOU MOVE TO CROWNE LAKE APARTMENTS. AND IT'S NOT THE SAFEST PLACE TO LIVE...PLEASE...IT'S CRIME EVERYWHERE AND THAT GATE THAT YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR PIN NUMBER IN DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING BECAUSE PEOPLE THAT DON'T LIVE HERE, ALWAYS COME THROUGH THE GATE...GET SERIOUS!

It's true about the noises, I hear everything. Tho back when I was living there in 2004. The staff were very responsive when I have any problems. I also agree that the gate doesn't stop any one from coming in. There were several vehicle breaks in during my time there. I have to say that since I left South Carolina (military). Crowne Lake is a heaven compare to all the places I have live in now. I'm paying 1,200/ month now in Ohio and I have more spiders and more noises then ever.
