Not Bad for the Price

I've lived in Cypress Run for about 6 months. I started in a furnished studio and then moved to a furnished 1 bedroom. I work short term in a lot of cities and Cypress Run isn't bad compared to a lot of places I have stayed. I have had no problem getting things fixed, no problems with any of the tenants, no issues with noise or theft. Things might happen in the future, but so far I am very pleased.
