I lived in Cypress Run from June of 1999 to March of 2001. I never had any problems except for when the air went out and they had to replace the unit. Since it took more than two days, they paid for me to stay in a hotel those two nights. Not really too much of an inconvenience. My neighbors were really nice (and most were really hot guys!). The pool area is nice and everything is always kept clean. I recommend this community for the price range they offer!
