I have read the one where it says that office staff says that they would not stay late and I know way BETTER than that because of the fact they what they can for residents. The residents come first on this property and I see it every day for my self. The maintentence is great, yes it might take some time to get to stuff when it is not a real ER but it is to be expected. If it is a ER they are there whenever needed. I had to page him at 3:30am and he was there doing what he had to do by 4am.

I really love this community and it has a lot of things going for it. The office staff is great and are really trying to pull all the residents together by doing resident functions. The office staff is very nice and honest and I would recommend anyone looking for a great apartment to live here. It is very very quiet and Columbia Police come thur about two or three times a hour just making sure all is okay. I feel very very safe here and if you are looking for somewhere you will feel safe then you need to come here.
