I moved into this apartment b/c they were relatively new & I got a great special of $410 for the 1st 3 months. I have been there for aprox 8 months & haven't had any significant problems. I don't like the fact that the maintenece does not cover changing light bulbs (even the ones outside) b/c other apartments I have stayed in included this. However, they usually respond fast to any problems. I think they could work on the landscaping & the location isn't te greatest but there is courtesy officer who patrols the parking lot & I like that...
