Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay/residency.
Willing to go the extra mile for good tenants.
Good maintenance program (on-site staff).
Some noisey neighbors.
Close to lots of shopping.
Not the best neighborhood in the world (management often posted crime spree problems), car break-ins.
