my family's nightmare at Cypress Run Apartments

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
My family and I have moved into Cypress Run on December the 19, 2001. Since we have moved we have had the hardest time getting things done. When we moved in serval things were broken and some of them still have not been fixed. I've tried to get the number to somebody over them but they won't give me any information. We have a bucket under our sink to catch the leaking water. I am very unhappy with the service we receive. The couple of times they did come over they did not have any work orders for us.
