Definitely not in the best area. Right beside DJJ. Not exactly what you want to look at when you look out of your window. For the area, these apartments aren't bad. It's pretty safe here and I've never had any issues with neighbors or anyone being loud. My only issue is the size of the apartments and the obvious way that the owners could care less about the property. When you walk into your apartment, you'll see everything. It's that small. Standing at your front door you can see every part of your apartment. The dumpsters are HORRIBLE. Sometimes their so full you can't even put your trash inside them. The landscaping is never done. One apartment was literally falling apart. A piece of the siding was hanging off of the building. The management has changed so this might have something to do with it. Since Amanda left, nothing seems to get done. It sucks when you have good staff and they leave. The old maintenance guy would even leave details on how you could avoid a problem in the future when he fixed it. The new office staff seems nice, but it seems like the new owner could care less. It's safe and quiet, but it's small and not very well kept. I guess it depends on whats important to you.
