When we first moved into Essex Park we loved it. The management was great, the whole office staff knew you by name and things got done right away. Now with the new office manager and office staff nothing ever gets done. It took more than 6 weeks to have a leak in our ceiling in the bathroom repaired, and now three calls in two days to have our air conditioning fixed. Management doesn't seem to care and even when you go to complain they don't seem interested. We've complained about noises from our neighbors as well and nothing seems to get done about that either. Personally I would choose another place to live if I had the opportunity.
