IT IS AN OKAY PLACE TO LIVE

I have lived at Essex Park for almost a year. I have had some problems with things such as a hall closet that wouldn't open without scratching the wall, a tub that runs nothing but rust water, a mailbox that won't shut properly, etc---but my problems were fixed before I could blink an eye. I called the office and complained and the next thing I knew someone was at my door ready to take care of the problem. I do have to admit that my closet door is still broken. I have heard an associate complain about Essex Park Apartments, but my stay so far has been a good one. The property manager is a really nice guy who is always smiling and asking you how you are doing and making the effort to fix whatever problems you have. The girls in the front office can sometimes seem a bit fake, but who cares about that (suchs I don't as long as they are polite and doing their job). I cannot even complain about my neighbors. I really don't even consider the people who live in my building to be neighbors b/c I rarely see them or hear them but when I do they are generally smiling faces. I know my comment sounds like I am on the payroll, but I am not and really you have to judge things for yourself. The smart thing to do is ask people where they stay-assess them and then assess what they say about the place. I have only been out here for almost a year. I still have a few more months on my lease, and I will be sure to write back if anything changes within that time. (An okay place to stay for a single, female, college student)
