As a single girl living by herself just out of college, I do not recommend living here. I feel unsafe all of the time. When you sign a lease, you expect all of the ammenities that are presented to you at that time to be working properly. The gate hasn't worked yet and I have been living there for 7 months. It is not the safest of neighborhoods and this doesn't seem to be of a major concern to this company. The old manager, a nice man, was a dream to work with. now the new woman is a total nightmare. So many things have happened that I cannot fit them all on here. I just do not recommend this apartment to anyone that is single. It is dangerous and I hate it. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
