I have lived here only since May and I am having problems. My neighbors use my truck as a dumpster, I found drug paraphenalia in tha hall, i have had no ac all summmer (with 115 heat mind you) despite numerous calls to maintence, i have a stove that wont shut off they wont fix (also despite daily calls), and I have had people tapping on my door and windows at all hours of the night. I am a young female living on her own for the first time and I am so afraid of living here. the gate is never closed so anyone can come in uninvited, there is a rowdy bar at the top of the streets and the police have been in the complex numerous times. i am trying to get out of my lease and they are trying to take me to court over it. DO NOT STAY HERE

I agree 100%, I'm having the exact same problems, I am single and live alone. Recently almost everyone in my building had their cars vandalized, management has still done nothing about the gate. Ridiculous!
