I moved here and Geez...at first when you drive up, it looks so pretty, just like on the website. Then once you have signed your lease and move in, all the courtesy goes out of the window. They have changed the name 4 times, from Essex Park, to Essex Park Bridge Estates, Longcreek Estates and now the name is Lexington Station. Whatever they change the name to, it is still the same old rundown, apartment. They look very well kept on the outside, but once you get on the inside then watch out. Now they are renting to college students. They know that these students are just in the school and partying and as long as they have a roof over there heads they will be ok. However that is not the case with older people, who have knowledge about apartment renting. They need to condemn these buildings and start all over.
