Incompetent comes to mind when I think of the office managers that we have had running through this place.
My family and I constantly fear for our own safety.
The children?s play areas are mostly used for adult liquor parties and pet feces!!! The apartments are old, in need of major repair and overrun with roaches and other various insects.
Anytime we call the office for yet another apartment problem (such as holes in the ceiling, animals in the rafters and walls) we are made to wait as much as 2 weeks for maintenance.
If you don?t mind living in fear for your safety, having your children be bitten by ants and other insects, or the overflowing trash dumpsters, then by all means move on down to the ghetto! God be with you.
