When my family moved here in 2002. It was a nice community. Lately, it seems as if they have let ANYONE move in. There are famiiles that leave their children unsupervised ALL DAY. They run around on the grounds, sit on cars, tear down things on the property, etc. I no longer allow my children to even play outside. I would definitely say this is nothing close to the ghetto. For the most part is it quiet. The management is horrible. I have leaks in two of my bedrooms and my bathroom. It was reported on more than one occassion but nothing was done. The maintenance men stand around and smoke all day! The garbage is horrible and is constantly overflowing... but if residents would put their garbage in empty bins instead of throwing it on the ground it would be much better. As far as the playground being used for adult liquor parties and having pet feces everywhere. I have NEVER seen any evidence of this. I am planning to move when my lease is up- because of the new carefree people who have moved in and also because maintenance sucks.
