We have lived here for 2 years and cannot wait to move!! Every other weekend there is some huge party going on into all hours of the night. This is definately not a place to bring up children. There is a very small play area and a pool, and neither are in good repair. Just recently, 3 different cars had all 4 tires slashed. Sounds like a nice place to bring up children, huh' If at all possible, avoid Gable Hill. The apartments are very old, and it takes at least 3 weeks to get maintenance to "fix" anything, which doesn't help because it will break again soon after. The workmanship in the apartments is crappy, to put it mildly. The rooms are small and the decks are major disrepair. We cannot even go out on ours due to the fact that it is falling apart and still we have yet to see a maintenance man. We do not feel safe here, thankfully it is time to move!!! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
