I currently live here at Gable Hill and it is HORRIBLE. There are ROACHES and WATERBUGS that are bigger than the size of an infant's hand that don't seem to go away, and don't forget the spiders. I have pest control spray every week but its like the pesticide that they use is water because it doesn't work. The managment sucks, and I hope Kim and Kristen that works in the office read this too! They will LIE to you and take your money and never fix a damn thing or it takes months for maintnence to fix things. The heating and air vents in the master bedrooms don't work properly and they will tell you that it can't be fixed because of the way that the units are made. In the winter, its freezing cold in the master bedroom and hot as hell in the summer. I had to endure temperatures over 90 degrees in the summer and about 55 degrees in the winter. I threatned to sue them numerous times because the smell coming from the kitchen sink and washer and dryer hookups which smelled just like sewage. I was ashamed to bring people to my home! Back to the managment, you have to tell Kim and Kristen 6 times to do something that you request before they do it, they act as if they are little hard headed children who don't listen and they don't care about it either. When I'm driving in my car on my way out or in the apartment complex and I see one of them showing someone an apartment, I roll down my window and yell "Don't do it," "you don't know what you're getting yourselves into," or "run away quick." Bascially and I don't mean to be rude, but these apartments are a bunch of bullsh*t! If you don't believe me then post a review in response to mines and I will get back to you with so that you can see for yourself! The only thing good I have to say about my apartment is that the bedrooms are big. The kitchen is a one-man kitchen because no more than 2 people can be in there at a time without bumping into one another. I filed complaints against Kim and Kristen. If you do decide to move here and do experience problems, which you will, give Amanda a call at the corporate office at (803)750-1630 and she should be able to assist you because the managment there don't give a damn. When my lease is up, I'm going to jump with joy and never look back. Another things, the balconies are rottening as we speak. The wood on the balcony floor is so rotten, that I don't even go out there. The ramps going up to the apartment is just as bad. The lights on the side of my building were out for a month and they did nothing to fix it after I told them 15 times. I had to use a fashlight to enter or exit my apartment when it got dark. It was so dangerous and a lawsuit in the making. After a month, they finally decided to fix it after I filed a complaint to WLTX News 19 On Your Side. The laundry room is everything but humane and the oh so lovely fitness room is a piece of crap. Those apartments just needs to be burned down, literally. I HATE Gable Hill with a passion. If you do decide to stay here, you better know your rights which can be found in the SC Landlord and Tenant Act, Title 27 Chapter 40 because it will be very useful.

OMG to be honest I think Columbia has the worst apartment complexes in the whole US! WHY?
