Old But Nice!!

I'm a current resident here and have lived here since 2001 and I've seen a lot of changes happen since than, some for the good some not but in all the community is not bad.

Many talk of maintenance issues well I have some but all were taken care of in a timly manner or I would not have stayed here as long as I have! Roaches -- well waterbugs are everywhere and if you call in for pest control like I do you wouldn't have a problem! Office staff has changed over the years but they have always been good and they look out for all the residents! The landscaping is great, the pool is nice and the location you can't beat if you need to be on this side of town.

All I can say is don't believe everything you read on here, go check out for yourself and you will see why I have lived here for as long as I have!
