I moved here in late 2007 and I have worked with Kim and Kristen. Many improvements were made by them that previous managers did not care about. Kim has since moved on and Kristen has been working with the new management company to improve the property. In the last few months they have been overhauling the property. I have noticed also that some of my not so nice neighbors have been conveniently removed from the property. The major issues here are that some residents just do not care about where they live. Management seems to be trying to boot those individuals and I have seen everyone in the office pick up trash etc to make things look nicer.

Good because 1/2 of the people that live here should have not been accepted in teh first place! Trifling people!
