Listen to Kristen if you want to...I have been living here with my mom since Dec 1st and when we moved in there were a lot of things that needed to be repaired in our apt and do you know that only a few things were fixed'! The second bathroom has not been useable since day 1 because there is a leak coming from the apt above mine and the fan does not work because of that and it has yet to be fixed! There is mildew growing in the ceiling and is starting to come through the paint. The so called upgraded kitchen sink is sagging through the counter top. There are numerous outlets that cannot be used because they don't work. I mean need I go on' When you call the office and get a leave a message they never call you back to update you on what's going on with your complaint, request or whatever the reason for the call was. This neighborhood is just a high priced ghetto. From the time we moved here it has gone down hill. Apartments in this area just bad. So if you are a nice quiet family or a quiet person that likes to live in a nice, clean, quiet neighborhood in a nice apartment...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This is nothing but a ghetto...and it says a lot for me being a black person to say that! So BEWARE!!!
