YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU MOVE HERE - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS JUST THEIR MONEY

DO NOT MOVE HERE.
THE APARTMENT MANAGER, KRISTEN, IS RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
IT TAKES AN ACT OF CONGRESS, OR CALLING HER SUPERVISOR, TO GET ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES RESOLVED IN YOUR APARTMENT.
THE EXTERIOR APARTMENT SIGN AND THE WELL MANICURED LANDSCAPE WILL FOOL YOU.
DON'T GET TRICKED INTO BELIEVING YOU WILL GET THE SAME TREATMENT AS A TENANT OR YOUR APARTMENT WILL BE TENDERED THE SAME AS THEY SERVICE THE LANDSCAPE - IT'S A TRAP.
THE MODEL APARTMENT IS ALSO A "FOOLER".
THE APARTMENTS HAVE LEAKS, THE KITCHEN UTILITIES ARE LESS THAN TO BE DESIRED - THE OVENS DON'T EVEN HAVE APPLIANCE LIGHTS INSIDE THEM.
YOU CAN SMELL THE SCENTS (I.E.
CIGARETT SMOKE) COMING THROUGH YOUR AIR CONDITIONER.
THEY NEVER BOTHER TO MAINTAIN OR CLEAN THE STAIRWELLS OR ENTRANCE WAYS INTO THE APARTMENTS.
IF YOU HAVE A NEIGHBOR THAT SMOKES IN YOUR BUILDING YOU CAN BE ASSURED YOU WILL SEE HIS/HER BUTTS SOMEWHERE IN THE ENTRANCE WAY.
IF YOU COMPLAIN TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT NEIGHBORS THAT OR LOUD (I.E.
MUSIC OR TV PLAYING THAT MAKE YOUR WINDOWS AND FLOORS VIBRATE) THEY DO NOTHING.
THE ONLY TIME YOU CAN SEE A FRIENDLY SIDE OUT OF THE MANAGEMENT IS WHEN YOU BRING YOUR MONTHLY RENT.
TOO BAD THEY ARE NOT AS QUICK TO SERVICE THE TENANTS AT GABLE HILL AS THEY ARE TO TAKE THEIR MONEY!!!! I WAS FOOLED AND DIDN'T CHECK THEIR RATINGS - YOU ARE LUCKY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I DON'T WISH THIS ON ANYONE.

Thank U bc I always wondered about this complex the add for it is so nice, but I can't believe that in a neighborhood like that and the people they rent to without doing a record check.
