Good for someone on a budget!

This place is OK. They are older and in an OK area, but if you are not looking to kick out big bucks for rent, it may be a good move. Also, It is better than the others in it's price range. The elementary school across the street has recently been built and is nice. Car theft/break ins are common in the Broad River Rd area though.
You have close access to Harbison and 1-20 and I-26. Like I said before, if you don't want to spend a lot of money on rent, it is not the best but also not the worst.
