I lived there for a year when I first moved to Columbia. The rent was reasonable, it was quiet, my apartment was really nice and BIG, and I never had run-ins with anyone. I had to call maintenance a few times for misc. issues and although they didn't come right away, they came on the same day that I called. Once they came the next day but only because the problem occurred on a Sunday night (they came on Monday morning). I think it's a great place to stay if you're on a really tight budget and don't want to live in a nasty place. The management was extremely picky about who they rented to, which was good.

I have no idea who posted this the review, but they must be in la la land. The fact is, the management isntpicky as to who gets to move in. Everyday I pull in from work I have to deal with the stare downs of black thugs, most of whom are sitting outside with their 13 empty cans of beer with at least another nine to go. There have been several times where I was eye witness to drug deals taking place, but when confronting the staff, the complaint fell on deaf ears. The mainanence workers are slugs; it's a tight race between a real slug and these two twits. As a matter of fact, I'd say it's a safe bet on the slimy bug with the protruding eyes to take the checkered flag.
