I am originally from Columbia and extensively researched the majority of apartment communities in the area. Hamilton Mill was my first choice just based on what I saw and what they had to offer. After moving in I was even happier. My concerns are safety and comfort, and that is what I get at my apartment. Some people are hard to please and will never be happy. Yes your light bill may be higher than other apartments, but you have a beautiful sunroom and spacious apartment to thank for that. Yes there maybe bugs outside, but is that really an issue that is where there are suppose to be. The apartment is a wooden structure and older, but the property is maintained weekly with clean up crews. Some apartments do not even get that monthly. There is a nice pool, tennis court, laundry facility, club house, and you get a free gym membership. The area is nice. It is not noisy. I have had no problems from staff they seem friendly. This apartment is a must see. You will not find the space, quality, or safety at the price for this apartment community anywhere else in Columbia!!!

THIS IS ANOTHER COMMENT FROM STAFF. "BEAUTIFUL SUNROOM SPACIOUS APARTMENT""WEEKLY CLEAN UP CREWS" AND THEN THE LIST OF AMENITIES. SOUNDS LIKE IT CAME RIGHT OUT OF THE BROCHURES.
