The staff doesn't communicate and has no idea what's going on. There's two maintenance guys, who are constantly "working on broken air conditioners", and take 2 months to get around to any other requests. The neighbors are loud and consistently yell in the parking lots at 2 a.m. The parking lots and breezeways are extremely dark at night. There is only one grocery store close to the apts, and it's absolutely horrible. It's very difficult to get out of the complex in the mornings to go to work.
If you want to live in a complex that never listens to your concerns, where you get absolutely no sleep, and where you don't feel safe the second you step out your front door, then live here.
