We have lived here for a couple of years, and we have a two bedroom. The apartment itself is nice, cozy, and spacious. I love the split bedroom layout and the open kitchen. The staff is not the nicest but they get things done and take care of our needs. The maintenance people are very nice. But the apartment community is a little bit lower class, a lot of cars with their bass blasting out the windows, and we can hear every move our neighbors make, and every time they play music it is like we are playing music in our apartment. Also half the summer the pool was closed with problems which i don't know if they ever fixed. Our electric bill is very high every month, and we have had a lot of problems with our apartment, like the disposal, water heater, toilets, fireplace flu, etc.

THE REAL ISSUE WITH THE POOL WAS THAT SINCE IT WAS CRACKING AND WATER LEVELS WERE NOT AS IT SHOULD BE DHEC WOULD NOT GIVE HM A PERMIT TO OPEN THE POOL, WITH ALL OF THE CONDOMS THE STAFF HAS FOUND FLOATING IN THAT POOL I WOULDN'T SWIM IN IT MYSELF. THAT'S WHY THE HOT TUB WAS FILLED IN. IT WAS NICK NAMED THE SEXTUB. DONE'T BLAME MAINTENANCE FOR THE OTHER PROBLEMS THEY REALLY WANT TO DO THEIR JOB BUT UPPER MANAGEMENT CAN'T PAY THE BILLS TO GET THE PARTS NEEDED TO FIX THINGS.
